I receive the greatest satisfaction when I enable others to perform a new task, become better at one, or make a task easier for them.  Thus training, has always been a big part of my works.

 

Ways I have helped others through training include

• directly delivering training to individuals and groups through  "class" to "on the job"  techniques

• streamlining, documenting, and/or explaining a task in a way the individual/group can readily understand and relate to

• development of training manuals, guides, procedures, etc.
